The Plaza is a Church-owned property located in close proximity to Temple Square, the Family History Library, the Church Museum, and the world headquarters of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. The residents of The Plaza are in a location that is highly visible to a large number of visitors to the Salt Lake area and the Church in particular. The Plaza has been made available to the students of LDS Business College with the understanding that those who reside there will adhere fully to the commitment they have made to observe the Honor Code, the dress and grooming standards, and the Residential Living Guidelines, and to conduct themselves at all times in accordance with the standards of the Church. Please carefully review the required commitment you have made and be sure you are fully comfortable with it before you apply for residency in The Plaza. There is a high expectation that you will fulfill it completely.
Because dormitory-style housing includes no personal food preparation facilities, all applicants to PRI housing are required to make a $500 dining services payment to LDS Business College as a condition of being eligible to live in The Plaza. The student resident is issued an electronic card with a $500 balance that is usable at the LDS Business College Carriage Café.
